Pour une escapade de courte dur\u00e9e avec des paysages incroyables et une d\u00e9connexion garantie (au sens litt\u00e9ral du terme : il n\u2019y a quasiment pas de r\u00e9seau mobile dans ce coin), je vous conseille vivement une \u00e9chapp\u00e9e d’un weekend au Lac de Roselend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Situ\u00e9 entre la Tarentaise et le Beaufortain (accessible depuis Bourg Saint Maurice par le Cormet de Roselend ou par Beaufort), ce spot est un v\u00e9ritable coin de paradis.
\nDe nombreuses randonn\u00e9es, une via ferrata, le barrage et sa couleur bleu azur, le tout avec vue sur le Mont Blanc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019avantage de ce secteur, c\u2019est qu\u2019il est totalement autoris\u00e9 aux chiens : pas de parc nationaux donc pas d\u2019interdictions. Il faut tout de m\u00eame noter qu\u2019il y a de nombreux alpages, donc il faut faire attention \u00e0 l\u2019approche des troupeaux et attacher son chien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette randonn\u00e9e est un incontournable du coin. Si vous ne deviez en faire qu\u2019une, je vous conseillerais vraiment celle-ci. Son parcours offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes ainsi que sur le barrage de Roselend. L\u2019itin\u00e9raire passe par un tunnel, ce qui amuse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement petits et grands. (Attention : Bien pr\u00e9voir une lampe frontale ou la lampe de son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone car le tunnel n\u2019est vraiment pas \u00e9clair\u00e9).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 est assez fort, comme on dit chez nous \u00ab\u00a0ca grimpe fort\u00a0\u00bb alors ce n\u2019est pas forcement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 tous. L\u2019id\u00e9al avec des petits enfants : Un sac \u00e0 dos pour porter b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/a>, le chemin \u00e9tant trop \u00e9troit (et raide) pour faire passer une poussette.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le bon compromis : Si certain sont plus aventuriers que d\u2019autres dans la famille, sachez que le Rocher du Vent est \u00e9galement accessible via une superbe Via Ferrata. L\u2019id\u00e9e sympa peut \u00eatre d\u2019avoir une partie de la famille qui monte en marchant et l\u2019autre par la Via.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Attention cependant, la Via Ferrata tout comme l\u2019escalade n\u00e9cessite du mat\u00e9riel appropri\u00e9 et un encadrement (pour les amateurs).

Devenue depuis quelques ann\u00e9es une v\u00e9ritable institution \u00e0 Roselend<\/strong>, cette cabine t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique attire des curieux du monde entier. En m\u00eame temps, il faut avouer qu\u2019il est assez d\u00e9routant de trouver une cabine type anglaise perch\u00e9e en haut d\u2019une montagne<\/strong>. Pour la petite histoire, c\u2019est le propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019alpage du coin qui a install\u00e9 cette cabine comme un clin d\u2019oeil car c\u2019est l’un des seuls endroits o\u00f9 l\u2019on trouve du r\u00e9seau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9part du refuge de Plan Mya, sur un itin\u00e9raire carrossable (accessible en poussette tout terrain) il faut marcher jusqu\u2019au b\u00e2timent du Mora puis bifurquer sur la droite. Au bout de 200m vous trouverez la fameuse cabine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

C\u2019est un spot super sympa pour le couch\u00e9 de soleil.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Rien de tel que cet itin\u00e9raire pour profiter d\u2019une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur le Mont Blanc !
\nCet itin\u00e9raire part du bord du barrage de Roselend (o\u00f9 nous avions trouv\u00e9 un joli spot dodo en van) et monte gentiment dans les alpages pour atteindre la Roche Parstire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019avantage du Beaufortain c\u2019est qu\u2019avec tous ces chalets d\u2019alpages, il y a de nombreux chemins 4×4 et donc nous avons pu faire tout le parcours avec la Thule, plus confortable pour Eliott sur les longs parcours\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Une pause bibi au pied des cr\u00eates de Roche Parstire et on redescend par un autre chemin 4×4 pour rejoindre le barrage<\/p>\n

Autre option que nous avons test\u00e9 plusieurs fois (avec Eliott \u00e9galement) une nuit au Chalet du Berger<\/strong><\/a>. Tenu par l’agriculteur de la r\u00e9gion Christian Juglaret (et ses 150 vaches en libert\u00e9 \u00e0 Roselend), ce g\u00eete haut de gamme est un v\u00e9ritable cocon de bonheur pour une nuit en totale d\u00e9connexion. Il se trouve au pied du d\u00e9part de la rando du Rocher du Vent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
